The Gemini III is an all-discrete transistor fuzz. It features two different fuzz circuits in parallel, one with vintage germanium transistors and the other, modern silicon transistors.
It is suitable for guitar, bass and more.

The two vastly different fuzzes can be blended together via the Ge/Si knob, for a layered fuzz tone. Each fuzz has a choice of three gain settings, via it’s respective toggle switch in the blend section. The Master knob controls the output of the final mix.

The Filter knob controls the tone of each fuzz independently, yet at the same time. At 12:00 the filter has a wide frequency range, with full mids. Clockwise is a mid-scoop and counterclocwise is a treble-cut. The remaining toggle switch to left of this knob, controls the direction of the filter-sweep for the germanium fuzz. Up for synched filters and down for opposite sweep directions.

For battery access, remove the four screws on the bottom of the pedal to remove the bottom cover. A regulated 9v DC adapter with negative center can be used, with the 2.1mm jack located next to the OUT jack (average pedal style).

This pedal utilizes true-bypass foot-switching. It sounds best with passive pickups and at the front of your pedal chain.
Unplugging the IN jack disconnects the battery, so unplug the cable when not in use and save your battery!
